I had a very humble beginning. I can’t even say I was part of the lower-middle class. My dad would wake up at 3:30 a.m. every day to sell newspapers. He worked tirelessly to ensure my sister and I could pursue our studies. From him, I learned invaluable lessons about ethics and hard work.
When I told him I wanted to become a CA, he supported me in every way he possibly could.
I was deep into my studies. But one day, I watched a trainer delivering a talk on stage, and it blew my mind. I knew then that I wanted to be like him—inspiring thousands of lives.
The more I listened to different trainers and coaches, the more I fell in love with the craft. I decided I wanted to become a trainer and a coach, soaking up everything I could about this industry.
After 4.5 years of preparing for CA, I made a life-altering decision. I dropped out of CA just 11 months before my final exams to pursue my own path.
I became India’s only Focus Mastery™ coach, known for helping business owners install business-multiplying habits that lead to incredible bottom-line results at breakneck speed.
Top business owners, with turnovers ranging from a few lakhs to over 100 crores, consulted me to accelerate their growth.
In just five years, I introduced my pragmatic, focus-shifting techniques to thousands of business owners and personally coached over 75+ clients across various sectors and industries.
Another turning point came during a conversation with a CA friend. He looked at me and said, “Gaurav, you may not have finished CA, but you understand this field better than most. Why don’t you help CAs grow their firms?”
That question struck a chord. I did my research and realized many CAs felt stuck, despite having immense potential. And no one was specifically coaching them.
So, I took the leap. I approached a few CA friends with this idea, and they were all in. We started working together, and soon the results were undeniable.
In November 2023, we launched the largest business coaching batch for CAs in India, with over 370+ members.
Today, I feel privileged and blessed to be recognized as the driving force behind the success of so many CAs across the country. Many of my clients have grown their practices by 100%, 300%, and even 500% in just 12 months.
Now, I work exclusively with practicing CAs, helping them build their dream practices. My clients include ex-Big 4 partners, CA Final All India Rankers, and published authors with Taxmann, among others.
I have delivered speeches at multiple NIRC branches and have been featured on their social media channels, including YouTube.
In 2023, I published my first sales novel exclusively for Chartered Accountants. The book tells the story of two CA friends who passed out from the same batch. One built a practice generating 12 crores per year, while the other earns just a tenth of that.
Through this book, I aim to inspire CAs to think beyond traditional approaches and unlock their full potential.
